The Firm
Gary S. Maisel has been practicing law since 1986 and concentrates primarily in the area of family and matrimonial law. The firm represents clients in all areas of family law, including dissolution of marriage, paternity, post dissolution disputes, alimony, child support, child custody, division of property, prenuptial agreements and postnuptial agreements.
Mr. Maisel also handles various commercial litigation disputes, including contract disputes, landlord-tenant disputes; foreclosure litigation; as well as corporate representation.
Mr. Maisel is certified by the Florida Supreme Court in family mediation, and has mediated well over three thousand family law cases, as well as numerous civil mediations.
